摘要
"互联网+"和电子商务的快速发展促进了农村电子商务的迅速崛起,一批专业的淘宝村由此形成。文中以江苏省东风村为例,从物流资源的角度,基于问卷调查,分析东风村运行现状,揭示淘宝村电子商务物流资源存在的问题,主要包括仓储空间场地不足、信息化水平不高、电子商务协会发挥作用不明显和人才资源缺乏等。在此基础上,依据政府、淘宝村和企业三方面提出解决的对策和建议,以促进淘宝村的健康运行,给农村电子商务的发展注入新活力。
The rapid development of “Internet +” and e-commerce has promoted the rapid rise of rural e- commerce,and a group of professional Taobao villages have been formed.Taking Dongfeng Village in Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper analyzes the current operation status of Dongfeng Village from the perspective of logistics resources,and reveals the problems of Taobao Village e-commerce logistics resources,including the shortage of storage space,the low level of informationization,and electronics.Business associations do not play a significant role and lack of talent resources.On this basis,according to the government,Taobao village and enterprises to propose solutions and suggestions to promote the healthy operation of Taobao Village,to inject new vitality into the development of rural e- commerce.
