摘要
面对日益严峻的环境形势,需要依赖金融手段改变资源配置,促进经济向绿色可持续发展模式转变。文中首先阐述了供应链视角下绿色金融体系和标准化的发展状况。其次,分析了广东省绿色金融体系及标准化的发展机遇和挑战。最后,在供应链视角下分别对广东省绿色金融体系及标准化的建设提出了发展对策,为政府、金融机构和供应链企业提供决策指导,以不断推动广东省绿色金融体系和标准化体系持续、健康、稳定发展。
With the increasingly severe situation of environment,we need rely on the financial means to change the allocation of resources and promote the economy to transform to the green sustainable development mode.First,this paper explores the green financial system and standardization and their development from the perspective of supply chain.Second,we analyze the opportunities and the challenges of Guangdong's green financial system and standardization development from the perspective of supply chain.Finally,based on opportunities and challenges,the paper puts forward the development countermeasures to provide the decision-making guidance for the government,the financial institutions and the supply chain enterprises in order to continuously promote the sustainable,healthy and stable development of green financial system and standardization system in Guangdong Province.
