后正中小切口非融合手术对胸腰段脊柱骨折的疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察后正中小切口非融合手术治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的效果。方法我院收治的胸腰段脊柱骨折患者82例,分为研究组和对照组各41例。研究组采用后正中小切口非融合手术治疗,对照组采用前路短节段内固定联合伤椎置钉手术治疗。对比分析两组手术时间、术中出血情况、伤椎活动度等治疗效果。结果研究组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,伤椎活动度小于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论正中小切口非融合手术治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折,能够缩短手术时间,减少治疗创伤,具有较显著的短期治疗效果,值得临床应用和推广。 Objective To observe the curative effect of non-fusion surgery with posterior median small incision for thoracolumbar spine fractures.Methods Eighty-two patients with thoracolumbar spine fractures treated in our hospitals were divided into research or control group,41 in each group.The research group was treated non-fusion surgery with posterior median small incision while the control group was treated with anterior short-segment internal fixation combined with vertebral fixation.The operation time and bleeding during the operation and activity of the injured vertebrae were compared between the two groups.Results In the research group,the operation time was shorter,intraoperative blood loss was less and injury activity was smaller when compared to the control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The non-fusion surgery with posterior small incision can shorten the time of surgery and reduce the operative trauma.It has significant therapeutic effect,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
