医学高职高专院校教学管理工作考核评价体系研究

Research on Assessment and Evaluation System of Teaching Management in Medical Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 高等职业教育是高等教育的一个重要组成部分,为进一步加强高职院校教学管理,提升人才培养质量,南阳医学高等专科学校构建了教学管理工作考核评价体系,内容包含体系内涵、体系设置、计量办法和组织实施。实践证明,该体系内容清晰、结构完整、设置科学、易于操作,能调动各教学部门工作的积极性、主动性和创造性,有较高的推广应用价值。 Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education.In order to further strengthen the teaching management of higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of personnel training.Nanyang Medical College has constructed an evaluation system for teaching management,which includes the connotation of the system,system settings,measurement methods and organizational implementation.Practice has proved that the system is clear in content,complete in structure,scientific in setting and easy to operate.It can mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of various teaching departments,and has a higher application value.
