摘要
本文通过对湿邪的认识以及湿邪所导致的不同临床表现,总结出化湿九法。祛痰化湿主要治疗痰湿阻滞,健脾化湿治疗脾虚湿盛,行气化湿治疗气滞湿阻,温阳化湿治疗阳虚湿盛,散寒除湿治疗寒盛湿阻,化瘀除湿治疗痰瘀交阻,清热利湿治疗湿热,调神化湿用于湿盛导致情志不畅。同时,它阐述了不同方法指导下穴位的不同应用。另外,本文还总结了五种易被湿邪侵袭的体质及相应的穴位保健。它还强调了湿邪致病之广泛性和难治性,要求辨证施治,合理选穴。
The study of dampness and its different clinical manifestations brought about the nine methods of dampness-expelling, which are known as follow: removing phlegm and dampness is a method for treating retention of phlegm and dampness;strengthening the spleen and eliminating dampness is a treatment for excessive dampness due to deficiency of the spleen;promoting the circulation of qi and eliminating dampness is for treating stagnation of qi and dampness;warming Yang and eliminating dampness is a treatment for excessive dampness resulted from deficiency of Yang;dispersing cold and removing dampness is a method of treating excessive cold and retention of phlegm;removing blood stasis and eliminating dampness is a treatment for stagnation of blood stasis and phlegm;clearing away heat and promoting diuresis is for treating damp heat;regulating the mind and eliminating dampness is a treatment for emotional depression caused by excessive dampness. Meanwhile, the article illustrated the differences of acupointapplications under different methodologies. Besides, it also concluded five types of physical constitutions, which are susceptible to dampness,as well as their countermeasuresby using acupoints. The article also highlighted the epidemic and stubborn nature of dampness-related diseases and called for treatment determination based on syndrome differentiation and proper selection of acupoints.
