摘要
建筑工程施工管理质量好坏,不仅会直接影响整个建筑工程能否按时完成、顺利竣工,还会影响工程项目的投入成本和经济效益。面对全球能源危机的重大挑战,绿色建筑成为我国建筑行业未来发展的重要战略。因此,在绿色理念背景下,必须加强建筑施工管理,积极探索,不断创新,保障建筑工程的经济效益,促进建筑行业的可持续发展。文章主要深入探究绿色施工理念下的建筑施工创新策略,为类似研究提供一些参考。
The quality of construction management will directly affect not only the completeness and efficiency of the whole construction project,but also the investment cost and economic benefits of the project.Confronted with major challenges of global energy crisis,green building has become an important strategy for the development of China’s construction industry in the future.Therefore,under the background of green concept,we must strengthen the construction management with the spirit of active exploration and constant innovations in order to ensure the economic benefits of construction projects and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.This paper mainly explores the innovative strategy of building construction under the concept of green construction,with a view to provide some reference for similar research.
