摘要
企业和社会资本参与城镇综合开发,是大势所趋。企业参与城镇综合开发,需用更宏观的视角、更开阔的视野、更开放的姿态、更先进的新型城镇化理念去指导。在实际工作中,应以区域统筹、城乡融合、产城融合、城市更新、以人为本及文化为魂等理念,推进新城开发、旧城更新、环境提升等具体的开发工作。
It is a general trend for enterprises and social capital to participate in the comprehensive development of the cities and towns.Enterprises participating in the comprehensive development of cities and towns need to be guided by a broader perspective,a broader vision,a more open attitude and a more advanced new concept of urbanization.In practical work,we should promote the development of new cities,old cities and environment improvement with the concepts of regional coordination,urban-rural integration,integration of industry and city,urban renewal,people-orientation and culture value.
