摘要
抑郁症是以显著而持久的情绪低落或心境障碍为主要特征的中枢系统精神疾病,机制复杂,至今尚未彻底阐明。研究表明,抑郁症与机体脂质紊乱密切相关。本文主要综述了脂质紊乱与抑郁症发生发展进程的相关性及抗抑郁药物对体内脂质水平的调控作用,为深入理解抑郁症的发生机制及寻找抗抑郁药物的治疗靶标提供思路。
Depression is a central system mental disorder characterized by significant and lasting depression or mood disorder.The pathogenesis of depression is complex and has not yet been thoroughly elucidated.Studies have shown that depression is closely related to lipid disorders.This article reviews the relationship between lipid disorder and the development of depression,and the regulation of antidepressants on lipid levels in vivo,in order to provide ideas for further understanding in the mechanism of depression and nd therapeutic targets of antidepressants.
