摘要
管幕工法是一种新型的筑造大断面地下空间的施工方法。以太原市迎泽大街下穿火车站通道工程为例,研究了在软土地层中小直径管幕快速施工技术——单螺旋钻出土双管顶进施工技术,着重分析了施工过程中双钢管组装、首组钢管制作、双钢管顶进、导向、纠偏等关键技术,并对管幕施工过程中地表变形进行监测,对顶力进行分析。研究发现:(1)通过实践证明该方法施工效率提高1倍;(2)对地层扰动小,地表最大变形满足了高速铁路沉降要求,管幕轴线最大施工误小,满足顶进精度设计要求。
The pipe curtain construction method is a new construction method for building large-section underground space. Taking the railway station passage project in Taiyuan as an example, the fast construction technology of small and medium diameter pipe curtain in soft-soil stratum is introduced Construction technology of single helix unearthed double pipe jacking, the assembly of double steel tube in the construction process is emphatically introduced, making of the first group of steel pipes, double steel pipe jacking, guide, key technology of rectifying deviation and so on, the surface deformation during pipe curtain construction is monitored, analysis of the top force. The results show that :( 1) the construction efficiency of this method is doubled through practice;(2) The disturbance to the stratum is small, the maximum deformation of the ground surface meets the settlement requirements of the high-speed railway, the maximum construction error of the pipe curtain axis is small, and the design requirements of jacking accuracy are met.
