摘要
滑动索鞍是东明黄河大桥改造工程新型钢丝斜拉体系的关键技术,当钢丝斜拉索两侧的索力不均时,滑动索鞍可以通过滑动来实现两侧索力的调节,使两侧索力逐渐趋向于平衡。文中介绍了滑动索鞍的结构和功能,并通过理论计算及应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对滑动索鞍进行受力分析,证实了滑动索鞍的结构安全可靠性,能满足桥梁寿命设计的要求。
The sliding cable saddle is the key technology of the new steel wire cable-stayed system in the reconstruction project of Dongming Yellow River bridge. When the cable force at both ends of the cable is not uniform, the sliding cable saddle can realize the adjustment of both ends of the rope force by sliding, so that the two ends of the rope force gradually tend to balance. This paper introduced the structure and function of the sliding cable saddle. The force analysis of the sliding cable saddle was carried out by theoretical calculation and ANSYS. It was proved that the safety and reliability of the sliding cable saddle can meet the requirements of bridge life design.
