摘要
在粤港澳大湾区建设背景下,需进一步深化中山与港澳的合作。本文通过探讨中山与港澳合作的优势与劣势,分析其所面临的新的机遇与挑战,建议通过打造高端产业、科技合作、青年创业三大合作平台,建设人才保障、基础设施互联互通两个支撑点,推进金融、土地、审批、认证四项制度创新,深化中山与港澳合作,推进粤港澳大湾区建设。
Under the background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Zhongshan-Hong Kong-Macao cooperation goes deeper. This paper analyzes the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of Zhongshan-Hong Kong-Macao cooperation, and makes three suggestions. In order to deepen Zhongshan-Hong Kong-Macao cooperation and promote the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, first we need to build three cooperation platforms for advanced industries, technology cooperation and youth entrepreneurship. Second, we need to set up two supporting points as talents and infrastructures. Third, we need to promote four institutional innovations including finance, land policy, administrative approval system and certification system.
