江西水稻主栽品种的稻瘟病抗性基因分子标记检测与分析 被引量:7

Molecular Marker Detection and Analysis of Blast Resistance Genes in Main Rice Cultivars in Jiangxi Province

摘要 已克隆的稻瘟病抗性基因Pi-b、Pi-1、Pi-9、Pi-z、Pi-ta、Pi-d3对中国各主要稻区稻瘟病病菌具有较好的抗性,越来越多的被育种专家应用到水稻抗病育种。为了明确上述抗性基因在江西稻区早稻杂交稻组合中的分布,本研究利用以上6个抗病基因的特异性功能标记,对44个江西早稻主要栽培杂交稻组合进行了抗瘟基因型分子检测。结果显示抗性基因Pi-z和Pi-d3分布频率最高,在供试品种中出现频率分别为100%与97.73%;其次是Pi-ta、Pi-1、Pi-9、Pi-b,分别为65.91%、61.36%、59.09%、54.55%。在单个杂交稻组合中,检出的抗瘟基因数量最多是6个,最少的是含2个抗瘟基因。含2个抗瘟基因的占供试品种的4.55%;含3个抗瘟基因的占20.45%;含4个抗瘟基因的占27.27%;含5个抗瘟基因的占36.36%;含所有6个抗瘟基因的占11.36%。本研究为江西抗稻瘟病品种的合理布局与新型抗瘟品种的选育提供理论依据。 The cloned rice blast resistance genes Pi-b, Pi-1, Pi-9, Pi-z, Pi-ta, Pi-d3 have good resistance to rice blast fungi in major rice areas of China, which have been widely applied in rice blast resistance breeding by breeding experts.. In order to clarify the distribution of the above resistance genes in early rice hybrid rice combinations in Jiangxi rice region, the molecular detection of blast resistance genotypes in 44 main early rice hybrid rice combinations in Jiangxi province was carried out by using the specific functional markers of the above six resistance genes. The results showed that the resistance genes Pi-z and Pi-d3 had the highest frequency, and the frequency was 100% and 97.73%, respectively, followed by Pi-ta, Pi-1, Pi-9, Pi-b, which were 65.91%, 61.36%, 59.09% and54.55%. In a single hybrid rice combination, the number of resistant genes detected was 6 at most and 2 at least.The varieties containing 2 resistant genes, 3 resistant genes, 4 resistant genes, 5 resistant genes and 6 resistant genes accounted for 4.55%, 20.45%, 27.27%, 36.36% and 11.36% of all cultivars, respectively. This study could provide a theoretical basis for the rational distribution of resistant cultivars in Jiangxi and the selection and breeding of new hybrid rice combinations.
