摘要
介绍了梅钢高炉区域INBA法水渣处理系统,尤其是水处理工艺,结合梅钢大高炉区域水处理现状,分析了用水管网系统、高炉区域外排水的来源及化学成分,对水渣水循环系统优化改进,炉前水冷钢槽回用水改为使用循环水,新建废水沉淀池和提升泵站,溢流水引入干渣坑循环水池回收处理。改造实施后,控制了用水成本,达到高炉工业废水零外排的目标,环境效益明显。
This paper introduces the INBA slag treatment system in Meisteel blast furnace area, especially the water treatment technology. Combined with the current situation of water treatment in the blast furnace area of Meisteel, the water pipe network system, the source and chemical composition of external drainage in the blast furnace area were analyzed, and the optimization and improvement of the water circulation system of water slag was carried out. The recirculation water of the water-cooled steel tank in front of the furnace is changed to circulating water, and the wastewater sedimentation tank and lifting pump station are built, and then the overflow water is introduced into the circulating pool of the dry slag pit for recovery and treatment. After the transformation, the cost of water was controlled and the goal of zero effluent discharge was achieved.
