摘要
英语在传承与发展过程中,大量的习惯用语逐渐出现在其所构建的语言文化体系中。习语的出现方便了语言沟通的同时,也增加了语言的魅力。作为第二语言学习者,如果对英语习语的文化背景缺乏足够的了解和认知,不仅不利于英语习语的使用,也会对英语学习效果产生负面影响,笔者从英语习语和西方文化的关系入手,探讨结合语言文化之英语习语学习思路。
In the process of inheritance and development of English, a large number of idioms gradually appear in the language and culture system. The appearance of idioms facilitates language communication and also increases the charm of language. As a second language learner, if there is not enough understanding of the cultural background of English idioms, it will not only be detrimental to the use of English idioms, but also have a negative impact on English learning effects. This paper tries to explore the learning ideas of English idioms combined with language culture ,starting from the relationship between English idioms and Western culture .
