摘要
政治经济学的诞生并非偶然,而是回应"时代之问"的产物。由于阶级立场和知识差异等因素的限制,面对资本主义的"时代之问",古典经济学进行了狭隘地探索,马克思政治经济学则完成了实质性的解答。在新时代中国特色社会主义建设过程中,中国特色社会主义政治经济学又担负起创造性回应新的"时代之问"的理论任务。可以说,中国特色社会主义政治经济学是"为中国人民谋幸福和为中华民族谋复兴"的经济学,是为实现"中国特色社会主义共同理想和共产主义远大理想"的经济学,是"深入人心且充满活力"的经济学。这既是时代赋予这一理论的任务,也是它应有的理论担当。

It can be said that the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the economics of "seeking happiness for the Chinese people and seeking rejuvenation for the Chinese nation", is the economics for realizing the"common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the lofty ideal of communism", and is the economics that is "deeply rooted and energetic". This is both the task given by the times to this theory and the theoretical responsibility it should take.
