摘要
高校"拔尖人才培养"应关注拔尖学生的学习能力、创新能力、思想品德素养和自主管理素养等基本核心素养的培养,注重批判性思维、跨学科能力、顽强的科学精神等特别核心素养的培育。高校可加强课程整合和通识教育尤其人文通识教育的课程开设;补充建立专职的师资队伍,补充人文教育专业教师,增强教师对拔尖学生的培养兴趣和人才识别能力;引入叙事研究模式,适度融合本硕教学活动。
To realize the target of cultivating Top-Notch students in universities, we need to focus on the cultivation of the general core literacy such as learning ability, innovation ability, ideology and morality, autonomous management accomplishment, and the special core literacy, including critical thinking, interdisciplinary ability, tenacious scientific spirit. Thus we should strengthen curriculum integration and generation education, especially that of human generation;establish a dedicated team of teachers, supplement humanity teachers, enhance teachers * interest in topnotch student cultivation and their talent recognition ability;introduce the education narrative research mode, integrate appropriately the teaching activities of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
