摘要
发展特色农业,既是农业供给侧结构性改革发展的要求,又是实施乡村振兴战略的重要内容。基于扎根理论方法,构建了特色农业赋能模型;基于赋能模型,选择漳州地区特色农业开展典型案例研究;利用SPSS多维偏好分析方法,分析了漳州地区赋能特色农业发展的策略及作用机制。结果显示,整体认知方面,要优先推动融资支持、品牌建设和有序竞争环境的营造和赋能;组织赋能方面,政府赋能要重指导与补贴,平台赋能要促进产业服务体系化;个体赋能方面,经营个体间利益联结方式以风险收益共同体模式为优;顾客赋能方面,需要营造价值共创环境促进消费者群体赋能特色农业发展。
Developing characteristic agriculture is not only the demand of agricultural supply-side structural reform and development, but also the important content of implementing rural revitalization strategy. Based on the grounded theory, the empowerment model of characteristic agriculture was constructed. Based on the model, the typical case study of characteristic agriculture in Zhangzhou was carried out. Using SPSS multi-dimensional preference analysis method, this paper analyzed the strategy and mechanism of the empowerment characteristic agriculture development in Zhangzhou. The results showed that, in terms of overall cognition, promoting financing support, brand building, and creating and empowering an orderly competitive environment should be given priority;in terms of organizational empowerment, the government should attach importance to guidance and subsidy, and the platform should promote the systematization of industrial services;in terms of individual empowerment, the best way to connect the interests among business entities should be the risk-benefit community model;and in terms of customer empowerment, it should be necessary to create a value environment to promote the development of characteristic agriculture of consumer groups.
