摘要
建立一种简单、有效的用液相色谱仪同时检测低度浓香型白酒中安赛蜜、糖精钠和阿斯巴甜的方法。方法:样品经前处理后,以甲醇∶乙酸铵为流动相,采用梯度洗脱经Agilent5TC-C18柱分离,在214nm波长下检测。结果:安赛蜜、糖精钠、阿斯巴甜在0.5mg/L^2.0mg/L时的相关系数均大于0.999,该方法定量限为:0.20mg/L,实际样品的方法回收率为:安赛蜜:99.3%~100.5%,糖精钠:99.2%~99.5%,阿斯巴甜:86.3%~90.5%;相对标准偏差:安赛蜜:1.5%,糖精钠:2.0%,阿斯巴甜:2.5%。结论:此方法前处理十分简单,准确度和灵敏度较高,具有较好的重复性。
A simple and effective method for simultaneous determination of acetamide, sodium saccharin and aspartame in low-alcohol Luzhou-flavor liquor by liquid chromatography was established.Methods: after the sample was pretreated,methanol: ammonium acetate was used as mobile phase and was separated by gradient elution on Agilent 5TC-C18 column. The method was tested at 214 nm.Result:The correlation coefficients of Ansai MI, saccharin sodium and aspartame at 0.5mg/L^2.0mg/L were all greater than 0.999,the quantitative limit of this method is 0.20mg/L, and the recovery of the actual sample is: acetamide: 99.3%~100.5%, sodium saccharin: 99.2%~99.5%, aspartame: 86.3~90.5%;relative standard deviation: acetamide: 1.5%, sodium saccharin: 2.0%, aspartame: 2.5%.Conclusion: this method is simple, accurate and sensitive, and has good repeatability.
