摘要 随着国内外商品牛生产规模不断扩大,靠自然交配技术进行母牛配种的繁殖方法,已经不能满足产业化生产需要。同期发情技术对提高母牛繁殖率和养牛生产经济具有重要意义。因此本研究以母牛同期发情为主要研究对象,通过采用前列腺素处理发进行处理母牛的同期发情状况,来确定它的有效性和经济社会效益。 With the continuous expansion of domestic and foreign commercial cattle production scale, the breeding method of cow breeding by natural mating technology has been unable to meet the needs of industrial production. The technology of synchronous estrus is of great significance to improve the reproduction rate of cows and the economy of cattle production. Therefore, the main research object of this study was treating the cow’s estrus with prostaglandin(PG) at the same time to explore its effectiveness, economic and social benefits.
