摘要
以港珠澳大桥岛上建筑项目为工程实例,对外海环境中结构耐久性设计进行介绍,从环境类别、环境等级确定,再到混凝土强度、保护层厚度、裂缝控制宽度、防腐蚀涂层、施工要求、运营维护管理等耐久性控制指标确定,详细介绍了整个项目耐久性设计过程,为今后类似项目耐久性设计提供参考。
Taking the construction project on the islands of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as an engineering example, we introduced the structural durability design in the offshore environment. The durability design process of the entire project is introduced in detail from the determination of environmental category and environmental grade, to the determination of durability control indexes such as concrete strength, protective layer thickness, crack control width, anti-corrosion coating, construction requirements, operation and maintenance management, etc., so as to provide reference for the durability design of similar projects in the future.
