男性2型糖尿病患者血清睾酮水平与血管病变的相关性 被引量:4

Correlation between serum total testosterone levels and vascular lesions in male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的研究男性2型糖尿病患者血清总睾酮(TT)与尿白蛋白/肌酐(A/C)、糖尿病病程,颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)之间的关系。方法选取120例2型糖尿病男性患者行血清总睾酮与尿白蛋白/肌酐(A/C)、病程,颈动脉内膜中层厚度的测定。以A/C≤30 mg/g为A/C正常组(n=52),A/C>30 mg/g为A/C增高组(n=68)。颈动脉IMT<0.9 mm为IMT正常组(n=48),IMT≥0.9 mm为IMT增厚组(n=72)。根据病程另为病程≥5年组(n=63)和病程<5年组(n=57)。分析TT与A/C、病程、颈动脉内膜中层厚度之间的相关性。结果 A/C正常组的TT、病程、IMT与A/C增高组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);IMT正常组A/C病程均低于IMT增厚组,TT高于IMT增厚组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病程≥5年组A/C、IMI水平高于病程<5年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组TT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TT与A/C、 TMT水平呈负相关性(r值分别为-0.056、-0.421,P<0.05)、TT与病程无明显相关性(P> 0.05)。结论男性2型糖尿病患者血清总TT水平与A/C,IMT关系密切、存在明确的负相关性,TT与病程无明显相关性。 Objective To investigate the correlation among serum total testosterone (TT) levels and urinary albumin/creatinine (A/C),course of disease,and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) in male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 120 male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled in the study. The serum levels of TT,A/C,duration of disease,and IMT were observed, then the patients with A/C≤30mg/g were enrolled as normal A/C group ( n =52),and the patients with A/C>30mg/g were enrolled as A/C increase group ( n =68), And the patients with IMT<0.9 mm were enrolled as normal IMT group ( n =48),and the patients with IMT≥0.9mm were enrolled as IMT thickening group ( n =72).Moreover the patients with disease duration≥5 years were enrolled as group A ( n =63),and the patients with disease duration<5 years were enrolled as group B ( n =57). The correlation among TT, A/C,duration of disease,and carotid intima-media thickness was analyzed. Results There were significant differences in TT,course of disease and IMT between normal A/C group and A/C increase group ( P <0.05).The A/C and duration of disease,however,the TT in normal IMT group was significantly higher than that in IMT thickening group ( P <0.05).Moreover the TT levels were negatively correlated with those of A/C and TMT ( r =-0.056,-0.421,respectively, P <0.05),however the TT levels were not correlated with duration of disease ( P >0.05). Conclusion There is a close relationship between TT levels and A/C,IMT in male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,moreover there was a clear negetive correlation between TT levels and A/C,IMT,however, there is no correlation between TT levels and duration of disease in male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
