摘要
目的:探讨微信式延续性护理模式在包皮环切吻合器术中的应用。方法:选取在我院收治的采用一次性包皮环切吻合器行包皮环切手术的246例患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各123例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组在此基础上,给予微信式延续性护理措施,对比分析两组的相关指标。结果:术后切口水肿程度、水肿时间及愈合情况试验组优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01))。术后切口并发症发生率对照组显著高于试验组(P<0.05)。结论:对接受一次性包皮环切吻合器行包皮环切手术的患者,采用微信式延续性护理模式能促进伤口恢复,减少术后并发症发生。
Objective:To explore the application of WeChat continuous nursing model in circumcision and anastomosis of prepuce.Methods:246 cases of prepuce circumcision with disposable circumcision stapler were randomly divided into two groups. 123 cases in the control group were given routine nursing measures after operation, 123 cases in the experimental group were given continuous nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing measures. The relevant indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The degree of wound edema, edema time and wound healing in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The incidence of incision complications in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing circumcision with disposable circumcision stapler, the use of WeChat continuous nursing model can promote wound recovery and reduce postoperative complications.
