摘要
通过对当前上海市公共租赁房产业相关政策的解读,以虹桥商务区唯一的租赁房项目为例,分析其设计要点和实践过程,阐明解决公共租赁房规划和提升建筑设计品质的关键策略和途径,对近期本市公共租赁房可持续发展具有一定的积极意义。
Through the interpretation of the current public rental housing industry policies of Shanghai, taking the only rental housing project in Hongqiao Business District as an example, this article analyzes its key design points and practical processes, and clarifies the key strategies and approaches to plan public rental housing and enhance the quality of architectural design. It has certain positive significance for the recent sustainable development of public rental housing in the city.
