摘要
本文提出了一种基于基片集成波导(SIW)结构的相位可重构的功分器。在SIW功分器的上下金属表面分别开两条横槽,并在每条横槽的中心加载一个变容二极管。通过调节变容二极管的电容大小,可以实现功分器两个输出端口之间0°~100°范围内的可调相位差。两路输出端口信号的幅度及相位波动分别保持在±0.5 dB、±2.3°以内。相位可重构功分器的工作频带为8.4-9.2 GHz(9.09%的相对带宽)。此外,本设计因为采用了SIW结构,还具有低插损、结构紧凑、低剖面、低成本、易与其他微波器件集成等优点。
In this paper, a phase-reconfigurable power divider is proposed based on substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) structure. Two pairs of transverse slots centrally loaded with varactor diodes are etched on the upper and lower metal surfaces of the SIW power divider, respectively. By adjusting the capacitance of the varactor diodes, the tunable phase difference in the range of 0°~ 100°between the two output ports of the power divider can be achieved. The amplitude and phase fluctuations of the two output ports are within ±0.5 dB and ±2.3°, respectively. The working bandwidth of the phase-reconfigurable power divider is 8.4-9.2 GHz( 9.09% relative bandwidth). In addition, due to the SIW structure, this design has the advantages of low insertion loss, compact structure, low profile, low cost and easy integration with other microwave devices.
