摘要
采用原位合成法制备稀土离子液体-聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂柔性薄膜(EuIL-PMMA@SiO_2)。利用稀土功能离子液体材料的结构及光学优势, EuIL-PMMA@SiO_2能有效克服传统PDP荧光粉因粉体固有缺陷,并处理高温、荧光粉与包膜、涂覆材料相容性差所导致的荧光粉发光性能降低的问题。该薄膜具有高热稳定性、高色纯度、长寿命的特点,可替代传统的固体稀土荧光粉材料,在三维等离子平板显示(3D-PDP)领域具有潜在的应用前景。
The rare-earth ionic liquid-poly(methyl methacrylate) flexible film(EuIL-PMMA@SiO2) was prepared by in-situ synthesis. Because of the structure and optical advantages of the rare earth functional ionic liquid materials, EuIL-PMMA@SiO2 can effectively overcomes the inherent defects of traditional PDP phosphor, and deal with the problems of low luminescence performance caused by high temperature, poor compatibility between phosphor and coating materials.The film has the characteristic of high thermal stability, high color purity, and long lifetime, and can replace the traditional solid rare earth phosphor materials for potential applications in the field of three-dimensional plasma flat panel display(3D-PDP).
