摘要 科技与金融作为推动产业升级的重要引擎,是增强自主创新能力、推动经济转型升级的必由之路。为促进河南省科技金融有序健康发展,运用DEA模型测算河南省科技金融效率,发现河南省科技金融效率不够稳定,整体处于相对有效状态,金融供给存在大量冗余。选取了六项指标,运用Tobit模型实证研究后得出,金融市场发展程度、科技人员、企业R&D经费投入和资本市场的发展对河南省科技金融效率具有显著影响,财政科技投入、高技术产业规模不是河南省科技金融效率的显著影响因素。 As important engines to promote industrial upgrading, science, technology and finance play a significant role in enhancing the capacity for independent innovation and promoting economic transformation and upgrading. By using the DEA model to measure the efficiency of science and technology finance in Henan Province, this study finds that the efficiency of science and technology finance in Henan Province is unstable with a relatively effective overall situation and a lot of redundancy in financial supply. In order to analyze the reasons for its production, six indicators are selected and the Tobit model is used in an empirical study. It shows that the development degree of the financial market, scientific and technological personnel, enterprise R&D expenditure and the development of the capital market have a significant impact on the financial efficiency of science and technology in Henan Province, while the financial investment in science and technology and the scale of high-tech industry are not significant factors affecting the financial efficiency of science and technology in Henan Province.
