摘要
针对西川煤矿1113采煤工作面上隅角使用光学瓦斯检测仪和低浓度瓦斯传感器测定的瓦斯浓度数据差距较大的问题,理论分析各检测仪器的测定原理,通过实验室标气检测、现场瓦斯浓度实测和气样色谱分析等实验手段综合分析,结果显示,西川煤矿上隅角瓦斯检定的失真仪器为光学瓦斯检测仪,通过现场的瓦斯实测数据分析,1113工作面上隅角处的气压、温度和N2浓度与光瓦误差值的变化趋势之间没有明显的关系,造成测量误差的主要因素为气体成分中的O2、CO和CO2浓度变化。
In view of the big difference of gas concentration data measured by optical gas detector and gas sensor with low concentrate at the upper corner of 1113 mining face in Xichuan Coal Mine, measuring principle of instruments was analyzed theoretically. comprehensive analysis was made by laboratory standard gas detection, field gas concentration measurement and gas chromatographic analysis.It was found that: the data measured by optical gas detector was distorted, and there was no obvious relationship between these data with the gas pressure, temperature and N 2 concentration measured at the upper corner of 1113 mining face in Xichuan Coal Mine. Concentration Changes of O 2, CO and CO 2 might be the main factor for measuring error.
