摘要
为了降低我院全自动血液分析仪的故障率,节约维修成本,提升血液分析仪的使用率。我们制定了一套"四级"预防性维护方案,主要包括日维护、周维护、半月维护与月维护,并在2018年严格执行该预防性维护方案。该预防性维护方案实施以后,我院自动血液分析仪的故障率明显降低,使用率提升,各相关科室人员满意度提升。该方案在我院全自动血液分析仪的管理工作中起到积极作用,可为其他医学装备预防性维护方案的制定提供参考。
In order to reduce the failure rate of automatic blood analyzer in our hospital, save maintenance costs and improve the utilization rate of blood analyzer, a "four-level" preventive maintenance program, which mainly included daily maintenance,weekly maintenance, semi-monthly maintenance and monthly maintenance, was developed in this study. Then the preventive maintenance program was strictly implemented in 2018. After the implementation of the preventive maintenance program, the failure rate of the automatic blood analyzer in our hospital was significantly reduced, the utilization rate was increased, and the satisfaction of the staff in relevant departments was increased. The scheme plays an active role in the management of automatic blood analyzer in our hospital and can provide reference for the formulation of preventive maintenance scheme of other medical equipment.
