摘要
由于福建某选厂生产的钼精矿含锌过高,严重影响钼精矿产品的销售,使得企业的经济效益受到影响。为此进行了锌钼分离试验研究。针对含Zn 42.41%、Mo 1.01%的锌钼混合精矿,闭路试验最终获得了含Zn 43.23%的锌精矿、Zn回收率为99.81%;含Mo 48.21%的钼精矿(其中含Cu 0.12%、Pb 0.10%、Zn 3.79%),Mo回收率为99.16%,选矿指标较好。
Due to the high zinc content in molybdenum concentrate produced by a concentrator in Fujian, the sales of molybdenum concentrate products are seriously affected and the economic benefit of the enterprise is affected. A bulk concentrate contains Zn 42.41% and Mo 1.01%, which is studied in this paper. A zinc concentrate of 43.23%Zn and a molybdenum concentrate of 48.21%Mo are obtained in a closed circuit test, the recoveries of Zn and Mo are 99.81% and 99.16% respectively.
