固相萃取–气相色谱–质谱法测定地表水中的莠去津、灭草松和呋喃丹 被引量:10

Determination of atrazine, methachlor and furadan in surface water by solid phase extraction–gas chromatography–mass spectrometry

摘要 建立固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱法(SPE-GC-MS)测定地表水中莠去津、灭草松和呋喃丹的残留量。采用HLB固相萃取柱净化、富集地表水中的莠去津、灭草松、呋喃丹3种杀虫剂,以丙酮洗脱,洗脱液用氮气吹至近干,用丙酮溶解,过滤后用气相色谱-质谱仪定量分析。莠去津、灭草松、呋喃丹3种杀虫剂的质量浓度在0.05~10.0μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限分别为0.0004,0.0007,0.0006μg/L,加标回收率为82.0%~106.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为2.16%,3.22%,1.84%(n=6)。该方法样品处理简单,检出限低,准确度高,适用于地表水中莠去津、灭草松、呋喃丹含量的同时测定。 A method for determining atrazine,paraquat and carbofuran residues in surface water by solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPE-GC-MS) was established.Purification and enrichment of atrazine, paraquat and carbofuran in surface water by HLB solid phase extraction column.Samples were eluted by acetone,and the eluted solution was blowed nearly dry by nitrogen.After dissolved with acetone,samples was filtered and then detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry quantitatively.The mass concentration of atrazine,paraquat and carbofuran had good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.05-10.0 g/mL,with correlation coefficients all more than 0.999.The detection limits of the method were 0.000 4,0.000 7,0.000 6 g/L,respectively.The recoveries were 82.0%-106.0%,and the relative standard deviations of detection results were 2.16%,3.22% and 1.84%(n=6), respectively.The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,low detection limit and accurate detection results, which is suitable for simultaneous detection of atrazine,paraquat and carbofuran in surface water.
