摘要
由于政府对高校利用外国贷款提供贷款担保支持,偿债的主体极易从高校转换为政府,使得高校对利用外国贷款存在的风险认识不足。通过对高校利用外国贷款风险防范存在的问题分析,积极探索解决问题的对策,提高高校贷款的风险防范意识,减少因汇率波动导致的损失。
As the government provides loan guarantee support for universities to use foreign loans,the main body of debt repayment easily is changed from universities to the government,which makes universities have insufficient understanding about the risks of using foreign loans.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the risk prevention of foreign loans used by colleges and universities,this paper actively explores the countermeasures to solve the problems,improves the risk prevention awareness of college loans,and reduces the losses caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
