摘要
提出了一种考虑需求侧响应不确定性的电力系统日前优化调度方法。首先基于价格弹性系数矩阵,考虑其不确定性,构建计及需求侧间接控制的电力系统优化调度模型,该模型以社会福利最大为优化目标,同时考虑系统的实际运行约束;然后,针对模型求解复杂度高的问题,提出了一种不确定性的序优化算法对模型进行求解。基于IEEE30节点算例的仿真结果表明,对提出的调度方法,由于充分考虑了源荷侧调度资源的不确定性,可以有效提升系统的运行效益,提升其精细化水平。
This paper proposes a day-ahead optimal dispatching method for power system with uncertainties of demand side response considered.Firstly,based on the price elasticity coefficient matrix and considering its uncertainty,an optimal dispatching model of power system considering indirect demandside control is constructed.The model takes social welfare as its optimization objective,and also takes the actual operation constraints of the system.Into consideration Secondly,aiming at the high complexity of solving the model,an uncertain sequential optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the model.The simulation results based on an IEEE 30-node example show that the proposed scheduling method can effectively improve the operation efficiency and refinement of the system because the uncer?tainties of source-load side scheduling resources are fully taken into account.
