摘要
以核电仪表罐用Z2CND18-12(控氮)奥氏体不锈钢为试验对象,研究自动脉冲TIG焊与手工钨极氩弧焊在焊接过程中及焊后焊缝外观、环缝焊接收缩量、焊缝余高及表面平整性、焊接接头宏观金相、微观组织、力学性能等方面的差异。结果表明,脉冲TIG焊焊接收缩量较小,焊缝表面平整性较好,焊缝组织分布更均匀,晶粒尺寸更细小,焊缝的强度、塑韧性和抗变形能力更优异。
Taking austenitic stainless steel Z2CND18-12 (AC) used in nuclear power instrument tanks as the test object,the difference between automatic pulse TIG welding and GTAW welding is studied,including weld appearance in welding process and after welding,girth welding shrinkage,weld reinforcement and surface flatness,and the macroscopic metallography,microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints. The results show that pulsed TIG welding has smaller welding shrinkage,better weld surface smoothness,more uniform weld microstructure distribution,smaller grain size,and better weld strength,plastic toughness and deformation resistance.
