摘要
":华龙一号"一体化堆顶结构CRDM抗震支撑结构下部围筒筒体在焊接过程中连续出现两次返修补焊,在最后一次返修补焊清除缺陷过程中,由于发现较多的焊接裂纹,导致下部筒体整体报废。详细分析了下部筒体焊接缺陷产生原因,采取了变更焊接坡口设计、优化焊接工艺参数、变更焊接坡口位置、采取整体锻件等改进措施。这些改进措施对后续"华龙一号"以及AP1000核电机组一体化堆顶结构围筒的焊接具有重要的借鉴意义。
During the welding process of the lower wall cylinder of CRDM anti-seismic bracing structure of HPR1000 integrated surfacing top structure,there are two repairs welded continuously. During the last repairs welded to remove defects,more welding cracks were found,which led to the whole scrap of the lower cylinder. The causes of weld defects in lower cylinder are analyzed in detail,and then measures such as changing the design of weld groove,optimizing welding parameters,changing the position of weld groove and adopting integral forging are taken. The improvement measures proposed in this paper have important reference significance for the following welding of HPR1000 and AP1000 nuclear power unit integrated reactor top structure.
