摘要
针对镍基合金690材料的焊接特性——镍与杂志元素易形成低熔点共晶物而产生热裂纹和晶间失延裂纹,通过大量试验研究,从焊接电流、焊接电压、焊接速度、送丝速度及钨极形式方面进行分析控制,较好地避免了镍基合金690预堆边堆焊和安全端环缝焊接的热裂纹和侧壁的未熔合缺陷。试验工艺参数通过评定得到验证,成功应用于三门2#AP1000蒸发器预堆边堆焊和安全端环峰的焊接。
According to the welding characteristics of nickel-based alloy 690,the welding current,welding voltage,welding speed,wire feeding speed and the form of tungsten pole are analyzed and controlled through a large number of experiments. The hot cracks and side wall unfusion defects of nickel-based alloy 690 pre-surfacing and safe end-ring welding are avoided. The test process parameters were validated and successfully applied to the welding of the pre-pile surfacing and the safety end ring of Sanmen 2#AP1000 evaporator.
