摘要
在愈演愈烈的汽车市场竞争中,汽车企业应该重视知识产权战略对于企业的可持续性发展方面所具有的重要性。企业一旦牵涉到专利侵权诉讼,要沉着应对,准确掌握对方的诉讼意图以及诉讼策略。本文从三个汽车企业司法诉讼案例分析汽车企业面对侵权诉讼,采取的不同措施和对策。上述分析为企业在面对专利侵权诉讼时的采用策略提供了参考。
In the ever-increasing competition in the automotive market, automotive companies should pay attention to the importance of intellectual property strategies in the sustainable development of enterprises. Once an enterprise is involved in a patent infringement litigation, it must respond calmly and accurately to grasp the other party's litigation intention and litigation strategy. The paper analyzes the different measures and countermeasures adopted by auto companies in the face of infringement litigation from the following three cases of judicial proceedings in automotive companies. The above analysis provides a reference for companies to adopt strategies in the face of patent infringement litigation.
