摘要
运动品牌领域的商标纠纷十分严重,阿迪达斯公司的"三道杠"商标异议复审行政纠纷案是商标领域的经典案例,该案在一定程度上反映了阿迪达斯公司的商标品牌战略,基于对本案的分析,本文从商标的设计与申请、商标的宣传和使用以及商标的维护等角度探究了企业商标品牌的培育策略,以期对广大企业实施商标品牌战略有所启发。
Trademark disputes in the sports brand field are very serious. The opposition review administrative dispute over Adidas "3-stripes mark" trademark is a typical case, in which the strategy of Adidas trademark management can be noted. Based on the analysis of this case, the strategy of enterprise trademark cultivation is studied from the perspective of trademark design and application, trademark promotion and use, and trademark maintenance, with a view to draw the attention of the enterprises to their trademark strategy.
