摘要
目的分析功能性鼻内窥镜术后慢性鼻窦炎综合治疗效果。方法选取南昌市第三医院收治的54例行功能性鼻内窥镜术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,患者均于2017年7月—2018年7月期间接受手术治疗,在患者接受功能性鼻内窥镜术后对患者进行综合治疗后记录疗效。结果此次研究中54例患者经综合治疗后,治愈40例(96.30%),好转10例(18.53%),无效3例(5.56%)。结论慢性鼻窦炎患者在经功能性鼻内窥镜术治疗后,仍需进行综合治疗巩固疗效,以此促进鼻腔生理功能的恢复,故值得进一步使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive treatment for chronic sinusitis after functional endoscopy.Methods 54 patients with chronic sinusitis treated by functional nasal endoscope were selected as the study subjects.All the patients received surgical treatment in the hospital from July,2017 to July,2018.The curative effect was recorded after comprehensive treatment after functional nasal endoscopy.Results After comprehensive treatment,40 cases(96.30%)were cured,10 cases(18.53%)improved,and 3 cases(5.56%)were ineffective.Conclusion After the treatment of functional nasal endoscopy,it is necessary for patients with chronic sinusitis to carry out comprehensive treatment to consolidate the curative effect to promote the recovery of the physiological function of nasal cavity.
