摘要 文中设计了一种应用STC89C51单片机的地压监测系统,选择AVR Studio软件平台开发得到所需的应用程序系统,利用AVR汇编语言程序进行编辑、编译并生成所需的目标代码。设计的软件监测系统可以对5个监测点产生的声发射数据进行实时监测与数据收集,系统主机和通信模块之间通过串口进行连接,快速采集来自地下矿场所有监测点的数据。把该声发射监测系统用于测试某铁矿时,实际性能达到设计的目标。对监测系统开展1年左右的运行,通过比较事件数的统计结果与实际矿山情况可以看到,监测结果与现场的真实状况形成了良好的吻合。 An STC89 C51 MCU ground pressure monitoring system is designed. AVR Studio software platform is selected to develop the required application system. AVR assembly language program is used to edit,compile and generate the required target code. The software monitoring system designed can carry out real-time monitoring and data collection for acoustic emission data generated from five monitoring points. The system host and communication module are connected through a serial port to rapidly collect data from all monitoring points in the underground mine. When the acoustic emission monitoring system is used to test an iron ore,the actual performance reaches the designed goal. The monitoring system has been operated for about one year. By comparing the statistical results of the number of events with the actual situation of the mine,the monitoring results are in good agreement with the actual situation of the site.
