摘要
"以成果为导向、学生为中心、持续改进"是中国工程教育专业认证的核心三大理念。本文结合地方高校电气工程专业的实际情况,探索满足工程教育专业认证要求的专业人才培养体系,分析"逆向设计、正向实施"的人才培养体系、实践教学体系、校企深度合作、"双闭环"教学过程质量监控机制,持续改进教学质量。
"Result-oriented,student-centered,continuous improvement" is the core of engineering education certification in China.Based on the actual situation of electrical engineering major in local colleges and universities,this paper explores the professional personnel training system that meets the requirements of engineering education certification,analyzes the talent training system of "reverse design,positive implementation" and the practical teaching system.School-enterprise deep cooperation,double closed-loop teaching process quality monitoring mechanism, continuous improvement of teaching quality.
