摘要
合理的铁路快捷货运服务网络设计方案,不仅能为货主提供优质便捷的铁路运输服务,还能为社会的转型发展提供强大的运力支持。在探讨铁路快捷货运服务网络设计的背景及意义的基础上,分析铁路快捷货运服务网络设计问题的研究现状,总结归纳出在频度服务网络设计、动态服务网络设计、随机机会约束规划等方面的最新研究成果及进展,并提出在现有模型的优化设计上,应兼顾考虑货主需求、市场波动、铁路运营的情况,同时指出今后可进一步研究基于可靠性的铁路快捷货运服务网络设计问题,以更好地提高客户服务质量。
Reasonable design scheme of railway express freight service network can provide transport support for social transformation and development, and provide highshippers. Based on the background and significance of the design of railway express freight transport service network,this paper analyzed the current research situation of the design of railway express freight service network, and summarized the latest research results and progress in frequency service network design, dynamic service network design,stochastic chance constraints planning, and put forward that in the optimization design of the existing model, consideration should be given to the needs of cargo owners, market fluctuations and railway operation. At the same time, it was pointed out that the design of railway express freight service network based on reliability could be further studied in the future so as to better improve the quality of customer service.
