摘要
实施"一带一路"倡议以来,我国与沿线国家开展广泛合作,不断促进我国企业"走出去"。当前,高校英语专业教学目标与企业实际用人需求不匹配、英语专业"双师型"教师缺乏、校企合作协同进行实践教学不完善等问题导致培养出来的人才能力有限,不能满足企业"走出去"需要。对此,高校英语专业应当及时把握企业用人需求,调整课程设置,强化实践教学,为企业培养高层次复合型英语人才。此外,高校要大力聘用精通国际翻译的双师型教师,提升学生的翻译能力。
The extensive cooperation between China and the countries around promotes our enterprises to go out under the proposal of Belt and Road. At present, the teaching objectives of English majors do not match the actual needs of enterprises, the contingent of teachers of English majors are seek, and the imperfect practical teaching of cooperation between school and enterprise leads to the limited ability of cultivating talents, which can not meet the needs of enterprises to go out. So, English majors in colleges and universities should be made to train high-level and complex English talents for enterprises by grasping the needs of enterprises in time, adjusting the talent training scheme, and strengthening practical teaching. In addition, colleges and universities should employ double-qualified teachers who are proficient in international translation should be employed to enhance the students translation ability.
