摘要
目的通过在体实验观察双石通淋胶囊对非细菌性前列腺炎的作用,为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法将120只雄性昆明种小白鼠随机分为空白对照组、阿司匹林片组、双石通淋胶囊大、小剂量组,每组30只。给予相应药物处理,比较四组小鼠扭体次数、毛细血管通透性、耳廓炎症肿胀度及抑制率。将40只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、氢氯噻嗪片组、双石通淋胶囊大、小剂量组,每组10只。造模后给予相应药物处理,比较四组5 h尿量。将70只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、手术对照组、病理模型组、前列泰片组、双石通淋胶囊大、中、小剂量组,每组10只。造模后给予相应药物处理,比较七组体重、外周血白细胞计数、前列腺湿重、前列腺指数和前列腺体积。结果阿司匹林组、双石通淋胶囊大、小剂量组的扭体次数均少于空白对照组,OD值均低于空白对照组,耳廓炎症肿胀度均低于空白对照组(P<0.05)。氢氯噻嗪片组、双石通淋胶囊大剂量组及小剂量组的5 h尿量均显著多于空白对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,病理模型组动物体重低于空白对照组、前列泰片组、双石通淋胶囊大、中、小剂量组,外周血白细胞计数高于空白对照组、手术对照组、前列泰片组、双石通淋胶囊大、中、小剂量组(P<0.05)。空白对照组、手术对照组、前列泰片组及双石通淋胶囊大剂量组大鼠的前列腺湿重、指数均低于病理模型组大鼠(P<0.05);空白对照组、手术对照组、前列泰片组、双石通淋胶囊大、中剂量组大鼠的前列腺体积均小于病理模型组大鼠,前列腺组织病理变化均优于病理模型组(P<0.05)。结论双石通淋胶囊可抑制非细菌性前列腺炎的局部及全身反应,还具有消炎、镇痛及利尿作用,为其临床应用提供了充足的理论依据。
Objective To observe the effects of Shuangshi Tonglin capsule on non-bacterial prostatitis in vivo experiments,to provide theoretical basis for its clinical application.Methods A total of 120 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group,aspirin tablet group,large and small doses of Shuangshi Tonglin capsules groups,with 30 cases in each group.The mice were given appropriate drug treatment.The twisting times of mice,capillary permeability,inflammatory swelling of auricle and inhibition rates in the four groups were compared.A total of 40 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group,hydrochlorothiazide tablet group,large and small doses of Shuangshi Tonglin capsules groups,with 10 cases in each group.The rats were given appropriate drug treatment after molding.The 5-hour urine volume were compared in the four groups.Seventy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group,operation control group,pathological model group,Qianlietai tablet group,large,medium and small doses of Shuangshi Tonglin capsules groups,with 10 cases in each group.The rats were given appropriate drug treatment after molding.The body weight,peripheral blood leukocyte count,prostate wet weight,prostate index and prostate volume of seven groups were compared.Results The twisting times of the aspirin tablet group,large and small doses of Shuangshi Tonglin capsules groups were less than that of the blank control group;the OD were lower than that of the blank control group;the inflammatory swelling of auricle were lower than that of the blank control group (P<0.05).The 5-hour urine volume of the hydrochlorothiazide tablet group,large and small doses of Shuangshi Tonglin capsules groups were more than that of the blank control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the body weight in the pathological model group was lower than that in the blank control group,Qianlietai tablet group,large,medium and small doses of Shuangshi Tonglin capsules groups;the peripheral blood leukocyte count was higher than that i
