摘要
在我国科学技术不断发展的背景下,我国现阶段的经济水平也在逐渐提升,与此同时,现今企业在发展的过程中所面对的市场竞争也在日益加大,其不仅需要面对激烈的国内竞争,还需要关注国际经济形势。为了保证企业的稳定发展,很多企业开始应用金融工具来对风险进行控制与管理,在此背景下,金融工程获得了普遍的应用,其可以帮助企业有针对性的解决经济方面的难题并提出相应的建议,这对企业后续的发展有着很大的作用。本文主要在此基础之上金融市场风险管理以及控制过程中金融工程所起到的作用进行分析,并注重对金融工程风险管控工作主要内容进行阐述,在金融市场风险管控工作的作用基础上,总结了相应的风险管控对策,以期为相关企业后续的风险管理工作提供一定借鉴。
Under the background of the continuous development of science and technology in China, the economic level of China is gradually increasing. At the same time, the market competition faced by enterprises in the process of development is increasing day by day. Enterprises not only face fierce domestic competition, but also need to pay attention to the international economic situation. In order to ensure stable development, many enterprises began to apply financial tools to control and manage risks. Under this background, financial engineering has obtained universal application, which can help enterprises solve economic problems and propose corresponding solutions, which has a great effect on the subsequent development of the company.This paper mainly analyzes the role of financial engineering in financial market risk management and control process, and focuses on the main contents of financial engineering risk management and control. Based on the role of financial market risk management and control, this paper summarizes corresponding risk management and control measures, in order to provide some reference for the subsequent risk management of related enterprises.
