摘要
土地是油田企业资产的重要构成部分,对土地资产展开分析与评价是促进油田企业可持续发展的关键环节。通过对当前油田企业土地资产现状的分析,提出油田企业土地资产评价指标体系设计的基本思路,进一步探讨适合油田企业土地资产评价指标体系,有利于油田企业对土地资产做出全面合理评价。
Land is an important component of oilfield enterprise assets. The analysis and evaluation of land assets is a key link to promote the sustainable development of oilfield enterprises. Based on the analysis of the current status of land assets of oilfield enterprises, the basic ideas of the design of land assets evaluation index system for oilfield enterprises are put forward, and the index system of land assets evaluation suitable for oilfield enterprises is further explored, which is conducive to the comprehensive and reasonable evaluation of land assets by oilfield enterprises.
