老化处理对稻壳-木刨花外包装箱板内结合强度及热稳定性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究不同老化条件对稻壳-木刨花外包装箱板内结合强度和热稳定性的影响,分别采用WCAMA六循环老化法和紫外老化法,对两种老化后试件的内结合强度进行测试和热重分析。结果表明:经历WCAMA六循环老化,稻壳-木刨花外包装箱板内结合强度保留率仅剩45. 9%,老化使得木刨花中纤维素、半纤维素和木质素被大量分解,失重率为63. 04%,酚醛树脂全部水解,异氰酸酯部分水解;而经历1 500 h紫外老化,稻壳-木刨花外包装箱板的内结合强度保留率为87. 46%,木刨花中的纤维素、半纤维素和木质素部分分解,失重率为49. 19%,只有小部分酚醛树脂发生光化降解,异氰酸酯几乎未受到影响。从而得到,不同的老化处理方式对稻壳-木刨花外包装箱板内结合强度和热稳定性都有影响,但WCAMA六循环老化法影响更大。 In order to study the effects of different aging conditions on the bond strength and thermal stability of the rice husk-wood shaving box,the internal bond strength of the two aging specimens was tested and thermogravimetric analyzed using WCAMA six-cycle aging method and UV aging method,respectively.The results showed: After WCAMA six-cycle aging,the internal binding strength retention rate of the husk-wood shavings outside the box is only 45.9%.The aging caused the cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin in wood shavings to be decomposed in a large amount,the weight loss rate is 63.04%,the phenolic resin is completely hydrolyzed,and the isocyanate is partially hydrolyzed.After 1 500 h UV aging,the internal bond strength retention rate of the rice husk-wood shaving box is 87.46%.The cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin in the wood shavings are partially decomposed,and the weight loss rate is 49.19%.Only a small part of the phenolic resin is photochemically changed.Isocyanate is almost unaffected.Conclusion: different aging treatment methods have an effect on the bonding strength and thermal stability of the rice husk-wood shaving box,but the WCAMA six-cycle aging method have a greater influence.
