摘要
钢铁行业酸洗废水通常采用石灰中和、混凝沉淀和过滤工艺进行处理,经处理后的废水往往硬度很高,因此导致难以直接回用。酸洗废水如经深度处理除硬,就可作为循环水处理的补充水使用,从而提高废水回用率、降低吨钢新水需求量。对于酸洗废水深度除硬技术进行了探讨。
The pickling wastewater in steel plants is normally treated with lime neutralization,coagulating-sedimentation and filtering process and the treated water often cannot be directly reused due to high hardness.Pickling wastewater can be used as feed water of cycling water treatment only after deep treatment and dehardening,to increase wastewater reuse rate and reduce new water consumption per ton of steel.The paper discusses about deep dehardening technology for acid pickling wastewater.
