摘要
冶金机械的结构一般都比较复杂,液压管路繁多,使用传统的二维软件环境进行配管工作需要工程师较高的空间想象能力,容易发生干涉。本文中的设备为铝带精整项目中“开卷导向夹送辊”,管线比较繁多,管路穿插于设备之内,很容易与设备发生干涉现象,运用Autodesk Inventor Professional帮助设计者减轻了工作负担,准确地统计了所需材料,详细表达了设计意图。本文介绍了使用三维设计软件Inventor在冶金机械液压配管中的应用。
The equipment in the text is “guide pinch roll for decoiling” in the aluminum strip finishing project. The pipeline is quite numerous. The pipeline has been inserted into the equipment and it is easy to interfere with the equipment. The “Autodesk Inventor Professional” has been used to help the designer to reduce the work burden, accurately count the required materials, and express the design intent in details. The application of the three-dimensional design software “Inventor” in metallurgical mechanical hydraulic piping has been described in the text.
