摘要
目的:观察将传统药物流产与清宫术联合应用在妊娠早期患者终止妊娠中的效果。方法:此文纳入资料来自2016年3月至2018年4月本医院收入的80例妊娠早期要求终止妊娠的患者,依据随机数字表法予以分组,每组40例,观察组采取传统药物流产结合清宫术终止妊娠,对照组采取无痛人流术终止妊娠,统计两组完全流产总计率、孕囊排出用时、腹痛持续时间。结果:观察组完全流产总计率比对照组相关指标更高(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;观察组孕囊排出用时比对对照组相关指标更短,而腹痛持续时间比对照组相关指标更长(P<0.05),表明差异具有统计学意义。结论:在妊娠早期患者终止妊娠中采取传统药物流产与清宫术联合方式效果良好。
Objective:To observe the effect of the combined application of traditional medical abortion and hysterectomy in the termination of pregnancy in early pregnancy.Methods:This article is included in the data in March 2016 to April 2018,80 cases of early pregnancy requirements of this hospital income patients,termination of pregnancy shall be grouped according to random number table method,etch group of 40 cases,experimental group adopts the traditional medical abortion by uterine curettage,termination of pregnancy in the control group take painless abortion to terminate pregnancy,statistics of two groups of complete abortion total rate,duration of pregnancy sac discharge time,abdominal pain.Results:Total abortion rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the difference is statistically significant.The time spent in the test group was shorter than that in the control group,while the duration of abdominal pain was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:The combination of traditional drug abortion and uterine cervix is effective in the early pregnancy termination.
