摘要
公立医院接受捐赠既有利于医疗卫生事业发展又面临商业贿赂等风险。对其进行态势分析能够直观发现捐赠环节中需要注意的关键问题,从而制定有效对策。经分析发现,应对公立医院接受捐赠的对策应从政府、公立医院、医药企业、公众和第三方慈善评估机构5个层面综合进行改进。
Donations to public hospitals can promote health care services but may also be outlawed due to the risk of commercial bribery. The SWOT analysis may help to identify the key issues and develop relevant countermeasures. It was found that issues concerning the donations to public hospitals need be addressed in five dimensions including government, public hospitals,pharmaceutical enterprises, general public, and third-party assessment on fund-raisers.
